First Church of San Diego would like to go solar. We need to raise $200,000. We will not be utilizing a prepaid PPA. Rather, we will be purchasing a system with the proceeds of our CrowdFunding offering directly with the solar installer.

I have received the educational materials and understand that: a. the entire investment amount may be lost and I am in a financial position to bear the loss of the investment. b. there are restrictions on my ability to cancel an investment and obtain a refund, c. it may be difficult to resell securities.
