DapCo

DapCo is an innovative social venture that is dedicated to solving local homelessness in cities across the country. We accomplish this by manufacturing the “DAP” which is a 200 square foot “tiny home”. We establish mini communities using DAP homes and offer wrap-around supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Our CrowdFunding goal is $1,000,000.

I have received the educational materials and understand that: a. the entire investment amount may be lost and I am in a financial position to bear the loss of the investment. b. there are restrictions on my ability to cancel an investment and obtain a refund, c. it may be difficult to resell securities.
